The weather can be a very important factor when planning a holiday. I made the mistake of going to Koh Samui in December and it rained for four days solid. Luckily when I moved onto Phuket the weather was perfect.
If I had done my research before I would have known that it was the wet season in Koh Samui and the dry season in Phuket. To me temperature and rainfall are the most important weather factors when planning a holiday, particularly for beach and outdoor holidays.
There are lots of sites on the web with current weather. To find the weather at a particular time of the year it’s best to use the word climate in a google search. This will find sites which provide you with temperature averages, rainfall, hours of sunshine and maybe even wind statistics.
